Tony’s Management Company provides property management services and uses SMS text messaging to communicate with tenants about rental-account and property-related matters.

Messages may include rent reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance updates, lease or property notices, appointment or access notifications, and other account-related communications.

Tenants opt in through the tenant portal by entering their mobile phone number and voluntarily checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox.

SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of renting a property or receiving services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

How tenants opt in

Tenants provide their mobile phone number and actively check the SMS consent checkbox before saving their information. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
